Halifax Public Garden is a rare example of a formal Victorian public garden, surviving intact and relatively unspoiled in the heart of Halifax.
The Halifax Citadel is one of Canada's most visited national historic sites. Step back in time as period soldiers march to the pipes and drums and the cannon roars at noon.
Peggy's Cove is famous for its lighthouse perched on rock and is one of the most photographed places in Canada. The lighthouse is Canada's only post office housed in a lighthouse, featuring its own stamp in the image of a lighthouse.
Pier 21 National Historic Site first received immigrants starting in 1928 and closed its doors for good in 1971.
The Maritime Museum of the Atlantic is conveniently located on the Halifax waterfront and contains authentic Titanic artifacts.
The Discovery Center houses over 80 interactive exhibits and allows experimentation and discovery.
